Once we have the instruction our team gets underway.
As we work the file phone call notes, emails, letters, and other documents will be attached to the file as it progresses. This file data (for each debt file) is presented within the Debtor File Summary page. Our Account Managers deal with this information, and will continue to talk to various parties, time/date recording every action and adding notes – as the file progresses.
This data and media is added to the file record to give a complete record.
Communication between you (as the client) and our Account Managers can occur directly via the web portal – within the actual debt file – using file notes. This is very effective and efficient, plus it gives an audit trail on ‘who’ said ‘what’ …and ‘when’.
Key data is also presented in the online reports for clients and these reports can be accessed at any time by the client. It takes less than a minute to create the report.
