Client work is allocated to Account Managers and these people are supervised by team leaders.
The key people currently involved are all Adelaide based and include:

- Mandy Roberts – Administration & Finance
- Mark Mackowiak – Technical Systems

- All new people when joining the company undergo a National Police Check
- All staff work to a clear set of policy, process and quality guidelines
- All staff are active members of Australian Institute of Credit Management [AICM]
